Well known for its commercial banking products, Viking Bank looked to both increase its presence in the retail banking market as well as expand its network within the greater Seattle area.

Viking wanted to do more than just open up new locations to accomplish this strategic initiative. Understanding BrandPartners' expertise in creating branded environments, Viking looked to BrandPartners to create a bold retail positioning for the bank that could be translated into new and existing locations.

Thus the Viking Way was established, and environmental graphics in the branch interior unify and strengthen the bank's brand, while marketing collateral and digital messaging campaigns were developed to promote offerings and product awareness. Local, iconic representations featured in a focal community wall, point-of-sale messaging and dynamic digital content all work in concert to reinforce Viking Bank's positioning.
