Project Summary

C-Plant Federal Credit Union of Paducah, Kentucky, is using an innovative branch prototype developed by BrandPartners to support its expansion strategy and help introduce its brand to new communities.

In June 2006, C-Plant FCU was granted an expanded charter membership by the NCUA, giving it the largest charter in western Kentucky and one of the largest in the state.

BrandPartners provided a range of branch planning services, beginning with strategic marketing intelligence for C-Plant FCU to use in its expansion application to the NCUA. Ultimately, the prototype design emphasizes the relationship-based focus of C-Plant FCU rather than the traditional transactional nature of many older credit union offices.
