ROCHESTER, N.H.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BrandPartners Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BPTR), a leader in delivering retail environment solutions to the financial services industry, has engaged Continental Advisors SA to pursue a capital raise in Europe with institutional investors. If successful, funds raised may be used to reduce debt, for working capital, or for strategic acquisitions and initiatives, BrandPartners is also in discussions via Continental to open a new European subsidiary to service banks throughout Europe.

The company also announced new business signed recently across its various product lines. $1.6 million in business was signed with national and regional banks, which included merchandising, banners, and windows programs. In addition, $250,000 in design services was signed, with an additional $1 million in letters of intent for construction and renovation services. The company also signed $500,000 of contract furniture with non-financial companies, including a university and media company. An additional $1 million in revenue was also recorded for various projects with community banks, including residual orders serviced by our logistics facility.
