James F. Brooks
President & Chief Executive Officer
Jim Brooks joined BrandPartners as Chief Operating Officer in June 2002. He was elected Interim President of the company in September 2003 and appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2003.
Jim has held senior management positions with subsidiaries of major international corporations and start-up companies. Before joining BrandPartners, Jim was a consultant with Getzler & Co., a national management and financial consulting firm specializing in corporate turnaround and restructuring. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Cityspree, Inc., an offline and online start-up company offering businesses an innovative, barter-based marketing model via gift certificate auctions on Ebay and other auction-oriented web sites.
Earlier, Jim was the Vice President, North and South America, of acquisitions and development for Swissotel, a subsidiary of Swissair. He co-founded Sorbak, Inc., a wholesale and retail franchisee of a national chain focused on ergonomic and back care products. Jim also served as Vice President, North America, of acquisitions, development, and asset management for Meridien Hotels, a subsidiary of Air France. Jim holds a bachelor of arts from Connecticut College, and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Courtney Grover
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Courtney Grover manages the daily operations of BrandPartners and is responsible for the development, operation and enhancement of company processes products and services. Under Courtney's guidance, BrandPartners delivers a full-service, turnkey product for clients from architectural design to construction management to in-branch merchandising. Courtney's experience working with retailers and financial institutions across the country has been instrumental in developing the national network that BrandPartners employs to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient delivery for clients.
Courtney has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, construction and architectural design management, including the delivery of prototype designs as well as extensive rollout experience for national retailers, such as The Brookstone Company. Courtney holds a bachelor of Arts from Keene State College in New Hampshire and did graduate work in business administration at Sonoma State in California.
Patrick H. Peyton
Chief Financial Officer
In his role as CFO, Pat Peyton draws upon his wide range of past finance experience with contract-driven businesses, working closely with the BrandPartners senior management team in long range planning and financial matters. Since Pat’s 2008 promotion from Director of Finance to his current position, he has been responsible for finding numerous efficiencies, ultimately to be passed onto the client in the form of program cost savings.
Pat brings over thirty years experience in finance, and prior to joining BrandPartners, served in various financial management roles including most recently, as vice president of Finance for Nevamar Company, a $400 million national manufacturer of Decorative Surfacing products, based in Portland, Me. A CPA, Pat graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA degree in accounting.
Frank Beardsworth
Executive Vice President, Retail Communications
Frank Beardsworth serves as Executive Vice President Retail Communications. With a strong engineering and project management background, Frank has the ability to take a program from concept to reality. His extensive knowledge of people, products, vendors and business systems ensures that clients receive high-quality programs on time and on budget. He oversees account and program management and all aspects of retail delivery for BrandPartners' clients.
Earlier in his career at BrandPartners, Frank served as Information Technology Director, MIS manager and mechanical engineer. Before joining BrandPartners, Frank's work experience included software development and implementation of various business technology systems for several high-tech companies. Frank holds a bachelor of science in environmental studies from the University of New Hampshire and a master of science in environmental bio-physics and soil-water engineering from Cornell University.
James W. VanderMale
Executive Vice President, Retail Markets
Jim VanderMale offers clients an exceptional understanding of revenue-producing programs through a multi-branch network with nearly 30 years of experience in retail delivery channels. A key member of the BrandPartners senior management team, Jim is responsible for direction and management of BrandPartners’ business development and retail accounts groups. Jim is instrumental in developing strategic partnerships with national clients to ensure their seamless program creation and execution. Since joining BrandPartners in 2000, Jim has led a multitude of major branch transformation programs including KeyBank, Sovereign Bank, Flagstar Bank and Colonial Bank.
During his 20-year career at Bank One, Jim led a series of cutting edge initiatives to integrate retail delivery channels and enhance network profitability, including the strategic development and implementation of Bank One’s in-store program, its retail prototype development, staffing models, merchandising and M&A integration. Jim holds two degrees from Eastern Michigan University, a master’s degree in interdisciplinary technology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
William Foley
Senior Vice President, Design/Build
William Foley manages the award-winning Design/Build services for BrandPartners with responsibility for architectural design, construction and project management teams. William works with clients from the initial environmental brand strategy development to the final ribbon-cutting for a turnkey experience that delivers a quality branch on time and on budget. His team of designers, architects and project managers work with construction teams across the country. Thanks to his attention to detail and depth of project management experience, William is able to help clients develop a branch environment that integrates all design elements to reinforce the customer experience and retail sales program goals.
Previously, William managed the BrandPartners Project Management Team in Design/Build. During his 13-year's of experience with the company, William has overseen the project management and delivery more than 900 branch banks consisting of new build, renovations and in-stores from design concept to project close-out. William holds a bachelor of science degree in construction management from Utica College.
