Account Manager
BrandPartners is a leader in creating dynamic retail environments and communication strategies for financial services and other retailers that positively influence consumer-buying behavior. Services range from strategic retail positioning, retail merchandising, point-of-sale communications, environmental branding, and architectural design.
BrandPartner’s Account Managers work in conjunction with Account Directors to build relationships, and cultivate opportunities within identified accounts. Account Managers will work within a team dynamic and will translate client needs and programs to internal delivery teams working towards the successful implementation of client projects. Account Managers will operate at a strategic and tactical level within their assigned accounts, have a clear understanding of the wide range of products and services offered by BrandPartners, and articulate the benefits they provide to our clients.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and five to eight years experience working directly with clients in a professional sales environment.
Prior account relationship and project management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience collaborating with and presenting to senior level contacts.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Knowledge of the banking, retail or construction industry a plus.
CAD/Merchandising Analyst
BrandPartners is a leader in creating dynamic retail environments and communication strategies for financial services and other retailers that positively influence consumer-buying behavior. Services range from strategic retail positioning, retail merchandising, point-of-sale communications, environmental branding, and architectural design.
The CAD/Merchandising Analyst works with Field Services and Program Management to provide a product line and POS campaign specific to the clients needs in a floor plan format.
Position Responsibilities:
Drafts and recommends product placement on floor plans in VectorWorks 12.5.
Creates and updates product recommendation templates.
Converts CAD files for product recommendations.
Responsible for all residual orders.
Position Requirements:
College preferred with experience in drafting or mechanical drawing.
Knowledge of CAD and/or VectorWorks.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple program tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work and communicate well within a team environment.
Senior Account Executive (2 openings, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast)
Wanted: An Architect/Designer with Strong Sales Experience and Orientation
BrandPartners is a leader in creating dynamic retail environments for financial services that positively influence consumer-buying behavior. Services range from strategic retail positioning, retail merchandising, point-of-sale communications, environmental branding, and architectural design.
BrandPartners philosophy embraces the concept that the Account Executive is the point person for all new business. In this capacity the AE will lead and direct the project activity as it relates to the customer’s needs and timetable to assure that they deliver a retail environment that fits the bank’s culture while providing an atmosphere that is conducive to selling. Moreover, the AE together with the Design-Build Team will develop strategies and proposals for new and existing customers.
The AE directs and manages the sales activity focused to sell BrandPartners architectural design, build-out, and construction management services to assigned accounts and newly specified opportunities across the US while operating from their regional home office. The Account Executive must meet or exceed the annual sales/booking targets for the selling year. The AE will participate in the goal setting that he/she is expected to achieve.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management - develop and execute account strategies, customer objectives, and gain strong account alliances.
Define and prioritize target accounts and exceed sales objectives within spending parameters.
Develop and execute effective design & build proposals to retail bank management.
Provide strategic direction to define account priorities, programs, and client business development.
Develop sales plans necessary to meet sales and marketing objectives within assigned budget.
Develop continuous revenue to ensure the business pipeline is maximized.
Develop monthly/annual sales and budget forecasts and prepare reports for upper management.
Communicate the customer’s requirements and feedback internally.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
Evaluate and report customer’s attitudes toward Company image, products and policies.
Gather and communicate category and industry conditions, trends and changes.
Position Requirements:
A successful Architect/Designer with a proven track record of identifying qualified prospects, marketing, closing deals and building long-term client relationships. This is a “hunter” type of sales position; “farming” will only take place once a strong regional client base is established.
Strong selling, negotiation and closing capability.
B.A./B.S. ideally in architecture, business, construction or design
Mature, confident, and successful professional, with the executive presence to bring credibility to BrandPartners in dealings with peers, clients, strategic partners.
Five to eight years of documentable and successful relationships with financial services companies.
Understanding of branch banking, bank accounting, real estate planning/investment & facilities.
Experience in developing programs that include identifying branch bank locations, logistics, demographics, design, and construction management.
A strong, demonstrated record of achieving superior business results.
Active contact list of bank executives within facilities, retail and real estate departments.
History of building long-term account relationships for continuous revenue.
Effective communications skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
A demonstrated record of problem solving and priority setting.
Effective, charismatic leader with drive and energy, who consistently produces results.
Strong leadership qualities: ability to motivate others, takes risks, exercise good judgment, decide.
Conceptual thinker who can also manage the details while never loosing sight of the goal.
Honest, strong ethics, and high integrity.
